Creating Live Transfer Campaign
In this article we will go through the most basic steps of setting up a Live Transfer campaign. You may need to refer to other articles to get a complete understanding of all the available features and how you can use them within your account.
From the dashboard, after you click on "Add Campaign" you will see this screen below.
Now we will need to add all the necessary details. I will put the steps below followed by a screenshot of all this data populated before I submit it.
Campaign Name: New Live Transfer Campaign
Campaign Description: Press 1 Transfer, Press 9 DNC
Calling Country: United States/Canada
Campaign Design: Predefined Campaign
Campaign Type: Live Transfers or Voicemail Leads
Select Call Flow: Press 1 Transfer, Press 9 DNC
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-9pm
Start Date: 2014-09-08
Stop Date: 2014-09-08
Time Zone Scheduling: ENABLED
Caller ID: 5551234567
AM Detection: Hangup on AM
Transfer Method: Single Transfer
Transfer Number: 15552345678
Record Transfer Calls: YES
Send VM by Email: NO
This will result in this screenshot below.
After submitting this page, you will now have this campaign listed on the Campaigns dashboard as you can see below. I highlighted the campaign in yellow.
You can now begin to setup all the remaining details of your campaign.
