The Advanced Summary is a subsection of the Call Results Summary which is found in the Summary link. Here is a screenshot below showing the information we will cover in this article.
Selecting a Period to Filter Stats
There are 5 filters for displaying stats. These are Last One Hour, Today, Last Three Days, Last One Week, and Last One Month.
Last One Hour, Today, Last Three Days, Last One Week, and Last One Month are historical filters. This means that it is not a representation of the current state of the dial list.
This means that if you have a database of 10,000 phone numbers AND you call this list 10 times, you will end up with 100,000 called records. When you run one of these filters, you will see historical stats including database resets that you have performed on the database.
Advanced Stats Descriptions
ASR (Answer Seizure Ratio) - The percentage of success calls divided by total calls.
ALOC (Average Length Of Call) - The average length of success calls in seconds.
Answered Call Per 100 Success Calls - The percentage of live calls answered per 100 success calls.
Average Length Of Answered Calls - The average length of answered calls by live person.
Transfers per 100 Answered Calls - The ratio of transfers per 100 live answer calls.
Average Length of Transfers - The average length of transferred calls.
Voicemails per 100 Answered Calls - The ratio of voicemails per 100 live answer calls.
Average Length of Voicemails - The average length of calls for which a voicemail is received.
Answering Machines per 100 Success Calls - The percentage of Answering Machines per 100 success calls.
Average Length of Answering Machines - The average length of calls that reach Answering Machines.
- There is not ALL filter for Advanced Summary. If you try to run it, you will only notice data populated under the Detailed Summary.
- When you run the filter the default landing area is on Detailed Summary. You will need to click on the Advanced Summary link to see the stats that were loaded.
