Managing Live Transfer Call Flow

When you create a Live Transfer campaign, you will have prompts as shown in the screenshot below.


Broadcast Messages

Broadcast Message for Live Transfer campaigns consist of Live Message, DNC Prompt, Transfer Prompt, and Answering Machine.

Live Message is the audio file that plays to the call recipient when they answer the phone. It is on this prompt that you will instruct the caller to press the appropriate touch-tone(s) based on the Campaign Design you have chosen.

DNC Prompt is the audio file that plays to the call recipient after they have pressed the appropriate touch-tone from the live message.

We have input a default audio file for your convenience. You can update that prompt if you want to customize your own audio.

Transfer Prompt is the audio file that plays to the call recipient after they have pressed the appropriate touch-tone from the live message. This file plays until:

A) The call is connected with the transfer number(s) that were programmed into the campaign.

or

B) The call times out due to no response from the transferee.

We have input a default audio file for your convenience. You can update that prompt if you want to customize your own audio.

Answering Machine is the audio file that drops into answering machine / voicemail systems that you reach.


Updating Prompts

When you update the prompt, you can choose to "Upload File" or "Record by Phone". The changes are effective immediately and can be made even while a campaign is running without any issues. Keep in mind however that you should always make a "test call" anytime you make changes to the prompts.
