Campaign Reports

Campaign Reports are a sub-link of the Tools link. Campaign Reports deliver crucial information about the performance of your campaigns. We currently have 6 reports spanning 3 campaign types. Below is a list of the campaign types and the campaign reports associated with them.


Live Transfers or Voicemail Leads

  • Call Transfer Report
  • Voicemail Report
  • All Completed CDRs
  • Billing Report

Polls or Surveys

  • Poll Activity Report
  • Call Activity Report
  • All Completed CDRs
  • Billing Report

Mass Notification

  • All Completed CDRs
  • Billing Report

Campaign Report Descriptions

Call Transfer Report - This report will show you all Call Transfers for the selected campaign and date range.

The fields contained in the report are:

  • Telephone
  • CallTime
  • CallLength(InSecs)
  • Status
  • FirstName
  • MiddleName
  • LastName
  • Address
  • Address2
  • City
  • State
  • ZipCode
  • TransferNumber

Voicemail Report - This report will show you all Voicemails that were received for the selected campaign and date range.

The fields contained in the report are:

  • Telephone
  • CallTime
  • CallLength(InSecs)
  • FirstName
  • MiddleName
  • LastName
  • Address
  • Address2
  • City
  • State
  • ZipCode
  • VMFileName

Poll Activity Report - This report will show all calls that received a touch-tone response for the selected campaign and date range.

The fields contained in the report are:

  • Telephone
  • CallTime
  • CallLength(InSecs)
  • FirstName
  • MiddleName
  • LastName
  • Address
  • Address2
  • City
  • State
  • ZipCode
  • Poll Activity Fields (Array)

Poll Activity Fields (Array) - This is the question names of your Poll or Survey steps as the column headers. If you created a 3 question poll with the question names being Q1, Q2, and Q3, the touch-tone data would populate these fields based on the responses from the call recipient.


Call Activity Report - This report will show all calls that were processed, including touch-tone responses, for the selected campaign and date range.

The fields contained in the report are:

  • Telephone
  • CallTime
  • CallLength(InSecs)
  • FirstName
  • MiddleName
  • LastName
  • Address
  • Address2
  • City
  • State
  • ZipCode
  • Poll Activity Fields (Array)

  • Status
  • SIP ResponseCode
  • FirstName
  • MiddleName
  • LastName
  • Address
  • Address2
  • City
  • State
  • ZipCode

Other Notes

  • All Reports can be downloaded as Excel or PDF.
  • You are limited to pulling the most recent 30 days of data.
  • Data over 30 days old gets archived.
