Sending VM by Email
When you create or update a campaign, you can edit the "Send VM by Email" feature. This feature is visible for the campaign type Live Transfers or Voicemail Leads and is applicable to the Voicemail Leads campaigns.
When set to Yes, all voicemails received on campaign will be emailed to the email address stored on file with your account.
When set to NO, voicemails will not be emailed.
Important Note: Turning this feature OFF or ON does not affect the normal method of storing voicemails on the server. This means voicemails will continue to build up normally in your account regardless of your preference with this feature.
