Update Existing Campaign

You can update some details of an existing campaign if you wish. Simply click the Update Campaign link as highlighted on the screenshot below. Please note that both Update and Delete options are in the highlighted area.


Live Transfer or Voicemail Leads Example

To give you an idea, we will update the New Live Transfer Campaign. The screenshot below shows you the landing page after we click the Update link.

You can Update:

  • Campaign Name
  • Campaign Description
  • Schedule
  • Start Date
  • Stop Date
  • Time Zone Scheduling
  • Caller ID
  • AM Detection
  • Transfer Method
  • Transfer Number(s)
  • Record Transfer Calls
  • Send VM by Email

The changes are effective immediately after you update.


Mass Notification Example

To give you an idea, we will Update the New Mass Notification Campaign. The screenshot below shows you the landing page after we click the Update link.

You can Update:

  • Campaign Name
  • Campaign Description
  • Schedule
  • Start Date
  • Stop Date
  • Time Zone Scheduling
  • Caller ID
  • AM Detection

The changes are effective immediately after you update.


Polls or Survey Example

To give you an idea, we will Update the New Poll or Survey Campaign. The screenshot below shows you the landing page after we click the Update link.

You can Update:

  • Campaign Name
  • Campaign Description
  • Schedule
  • Start Date
  • Stop Date
  • Time Zone Scheduling
  • Caller ID
  • AM Detection

The changes are effective immediately after you update.


Other Notes

  • The only real difference between Update options is on the Live Transfer or Voicemail Leads campaigns. On these campaigns you can Update the same fields as Mass Notification and Poll or Survey as well as additional fields which are Transfer Method, Transfer Number(s), Record Transfer Calls, and Send VM by Email.
  • You cannot Update the Campaign Type of any campaign.
  • All changes are effective immediately after you update.
