DialList Summary

The DialList Summary is a section of the Summary link. Here is a screenshot below showing the information we will cover in this article.

Category Descriptions

Total number of records in dial list refers to the current amount of records that are in the selected campaign's database.

Total number of records successfully called refers to the current amount of records that were successfully called in the selected campaign's database.

Amount of dials remaining refers to the current amount of records that have not been called in the selected campaign's database.

Total number of records currently being processed by dialer refers to the amount of records that are currently in the Que in the selected campaign's database.

Total number of calls processed without success refers to the current amount of records that were NOT successfully called in the selected campaign's database.

Other Notes

  • All successfully called records are billable.
  • All unsuccessfully called records are NOT billable.
  • When amount of dials reaches 0 and records being processed reaches 0, the list will be completed. You will need to reset call results in order to call any records again.
  • The amount of records being processed by the dialer does not refer to the total number of lines in use. This is simply a Que Manager. The system will not dial more concurrent paths than what have been set for the campaign.
  • The SUM of successfully called, dials remaining, currently being processed, and calls processed without success will be equal to the number of records in the dial list.
  • Customers can refresh this data to see changes populate. This is a great way to confirm the campaign is running when there is any question.
