Campaign Status Indicators

Campaign Status Indicators tell you the global status as an interpretation of all the individual Dialer Statuses. Here is a screenshot with the status highlighted in the Campaigns Dashboard.

The screenshot above is only showing 2 statuses. Below is a list of all potential statuses you may see.

Unscheduled - The campaign is not scheduled. To schedule a campaign you must set a Start and Stop Date, Schedule, and Line Assignments.

Scheduled - The campaign is scheduled and will run according to the schedule you have set.

Partially Scheduled - The campaign is scheduled on 1 or more dialer's, but does not have line assignments on ALL dialer's you assigned to your campaign. In the case of Partially Scheduled, your campaign is not running on any dialer's. You may have some dialer's that are unscheduled or you may have a Stopped by Admin OR Stopped by Dialer status on one of the assigned dialer's.

Stopped - The campaign is stopped by the user on all dialer's that were assigned to the campaign.

Partially Stopped - The campaign is stopped on 1 or more dialer's, but is not stopped on all assigned dialer's. In the case of Partially Stopped, your campaign is not running on any dialer's. You may have a stopped dialer and the remaining ones could be Unscheduled or Scheduled or you may have a Stopped by Admin OR Stopped by Dialer status on one of the assigned dialer's.

Partially Running - The campaign is running on 1 or more dialer's, but is not running on all assigned dialer's. In the case of Partially Running, your campaign is not running on all dialer's for which you have assigned lines. You may have a scheduled dialer that has not started running or you may have a Stopped by Admin OR Stopped by Dialer status on one of the assigned dialer's.

Running and Dialing - The campaign is running on ALL dialer's you have assigned lines too.

Completed - The campaign has finished processing all records from the Dial List. To process more records you can reset call results or import more data.

Stopped By Admin - The campaign has been stopped due to an internal failure on all assigned dialer's. This is not a common status when you have more than one dialer assigned to a campaign. Please fill out a new trouble ticket so we can track and resolve the issue.

Stopped By Dialer - The campaign has stopped due to the dialer being shut down while running on all assigned dialer's. This is not a common status when you have more than one dialer assigned to a campaign. Please fill out a new trouble ticket so we can track and resolve the issue.


Other Notes

  • Partially Scheduled is normally caused by assigning multiple dialer's but not assigning lines to all of those available dialer's. There is nothing wrong with this status as your campaign will run on the dialer's you have assigned lines too. Check your Telephony Area to verify this case if you are concerned.
  • Partially Stopped is normally an indication that you have some dialer's that are scheduled and not yet started due to the schedule while other dialer's have a stopped status from the user.
  • Partially Running is normally an indication that you have some dialer's that are running while other dialer's have a stopped status from the user.
  • There is usually nothing wrong with any of the partial statuses. It is normally due to having multiple dialer's assigned to a campaign where a user has stopped some of the dialer's or not assigned lines to all of the dialer's. You can check to verify within the Telephony Area but for the most part this should not be alarming to the user to see these statuses.
  • To rectify Partially Stopped OR Partially Running status you can start the dialer's that have a stopped status. If you happen to have 0 lines assigned on a dialer with a stopped status, you will need to first assign some lines in order to start the dialer and remove the stopped status. You can then toggle the lines back to 0 and submit if you do not want to run traffic on that dialer.
