Account Summary

Account Summary is a subsection of the Billing page. You can get a very basic view of Remaining Balance, Used Today, and Billing Rate. Below is a screenshot of this subsection.

Add Funds

Add Funds is a subsection of the Billing page. You can make payments via PayPal or Credit Card. For Credit Cards we currently accept Visa/MasterCard. Below is a screenshot of this subsection.

Credit Card

If you wish to fund your account with a credit card, you will click on the Credit Card link and the pop-up below will appear.

It is extremely important that you fill out all this information as accurately as possible. We have strict validation in place with the merchant. The billing address and zip code must match or the transaction will fail.

PayPal

If you wish to fund your account with PayPal, you will click on the PayPal link and the pop-up below will appear.

Paying via PayPal is more convenient since they have already validated and confirmed your account. This is the easier way to pay faster and more securely.

Campaign Usage Summary

Campaign Usage Summary is a subsection of the Billing page. You can generate quick viewable reports of your campaign(s) billing activity. You will see the Campaign ID, Campaign Name, Total Calls, Billed Calls, Minutes, and Billed Amount. This is a good way to track spending. There is a 31 day limit on filters due to the Housekeeping Cleanup Procedures. Below is a screenshot of this subsection.

Payment History

Payment History is a subsection of the Billing page. You can see your entire payment history showing all credits and debits to your account. Below is a screenshot of this subsection.
